Here at Designer Specs Direct, we use Royal Mail as our standard delivery method. Because of the value of the goods, they will be shipped to you via Royal Mail Special Delivery or Recorded Delivery depending on the goods insured value.
Our small postage and packing charge is kept to a mere £6.00 per frame order. This enables us to consistently remain competitive in our prices. On the other hand – if you have any preferences for an alternative method of delivery, then please let us know by contacting our Customer Services Department.
All our spectacles are posted in a hard case for protection and to aid with their on-going security once delivered to you. Each package we deliver is usually able to be inserted into a standard-sized letterbox.
We only deliver to a UK address. A signature is required on delivery.
When will my glasses arrive?
Your order will be given immediate attention and processed on the same day. An email will be sent to you confirming your order.
Our Designer Glasses are sent via standard Royal Mail signed-for delivery.
Our terms state delivery can be up to 28 days. However it is usually within 14 days, subject to the complexity of the prescription and coatings.
What if your Glasses don’t turn up?
What can I do if I don’t receive my spectacles? If you have waited more than 28 working and have not received you order, please contact our Customer Services Department so we can find out what’s happened to your order. |
